The Royals, Kate and William, served their late-staying wedding a Crack Baby.  A passionfruit-vodka-champagne concoction that is reportedly their favorite drink.   What is good enough for the Royals is good enough for the Hampton’s of course but…with a twist.

Prince of Scots has made Artist and Designer Iona Crawford a true fan of St Germain.  During our Hampton’s Fashion Weekend Out, Iona was inspired to  design and create her version of the Crack Baby just for the Hampton’s.

• 2 parts passionfruit juice
• 1 part St. Germain
• fresh passionfruit
• 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
• ice

Mix the ice, passionfruit juice, St Germain, passionfruit, and stir well. Half-fill your beverage glass then top up with champagne!
